Does your member need to attend a catch-up class?
Does your member need to attend a catch-up class?

For example: Does your member have a 1 class per week membership, but needs to attend 2 this week to catch up?

When your members cannot make their scheduled class, you may want to let them attend a make up class.

Here are a few ways that you can allow your members to attend an extra class

  • Add a catch up membership. You can also add a time-limited membership for those make up classes. The way you would set this up is to make sure that there is no fee for the plan and the classes are set to use at any time.

  • More flexible memberships. Another way is to set up your membership plans to allow for longer periods and additional classes (E.g. 4 classes every 2 weeks instead of 2 classes per week).

  • Change your account settings. We can also change a setting on your account so that past bookings that are not attended by your members are ignored. Hence, only classes that are attended will count towards their allowance.
