You can assign workouts to members and track their performance and progress.

Assign a workout to a member

Once your workout templates are created, you will be able to add them to your member's profile. You can assign as many workouts as you like to a member, allowing you to program and assign them in advance.

To access the workouts for a member, all you need to do is select the Workouts tab on their profile. Selecting the Add New button will allow you to add workouts for this member.

Record workout

You can record a member's workout by selecting the Start button next to the appropriate workout. 

We have made it simple to record the required performance for each exercise by selecting the Target Hit button. If a member achieves a different number than their target, the fields can be edited manually and there is also space to record any comments for each exercise:

Once the workout is done, click the Save button at the bottom of the page:

Once the workout has been saved, it will appear in the member's profile under the 'Completed Workouts' section.
