(The first half of this video is regarding adding a product. The second half is about product management)

Once you've added your products to your Product Sales screen, you may need to make edits, upload pictures, or do a stock take. This article will show you how! First, let's head to Product Sales and then the Products tab to see a list of your items.

Adding an image: To add or replace an image for an item, click the letter or existing image beside the name and then choose an image from the image library (or upload a new one!)

Searching for a product: You can use the search bar at the top of the product list to search by name or barcode number. You can also use the filter to search for items in a specific category, availability, stock number limitations, price amounts, and quantity in stock.

Export product report: You can use the export button to download a stock report. This will show you product information and how many products you have in stock.

Update stock quantities: You can change the quantity of stock quickly by using the number field under the Qty in stock column. The green toggle beside this will let you choose if the item is available for sale. If the toggle is grey, it is not available and will not show in your POS tab or POS kiosk.

Edit, duplicate, delete: The three dots at the end of a product line will allow you to edit a product if you need to make some changes to the name, description, barcode, or tax rate information. Duplicating a product allows you to make a copy of a product in cases where you may have similar items you'd like to sell. Deleting a product will remove it entirely from your product sales screen.
