Accessing & Understanding the Bulk Messaging Report

After you've sent a bulk message in Clubworx, you will now be able to see how many times the message has been opened, a link in the message has been clicked, if the message bounces, or if the message is marked as spam.

Head to Messages in the left menu then click the Sent Bulk Messages tab. This will show you any messages that were sent in bulk. The Message Details button will let you see the title & content of the message, as well as when it was sent and which page in Clubworx it was sent from.

Click on the name of the message that you'd like to view the report for. Once you are in the report, you will be able to rename the report for easier scannability of your bulk message report list.

​The report will show you:

  • How many messages were sent

  • How many messages were opened

  • How many messages had links clicked (Note: Only emails will have clicked links tracked)

  • How many messages bounced (Note: If an email bounces, first check that the email address is correct. If it is correct, ensure that the contact has your email address whitelisted with their email provider & they have not marked previous messages as spam. After this, if the email is still bouncing, contact support@clubworx.com for further assistance)

  • How many messages were flagged as spam (Note: If a contact flags a message as spam, their inbox may automatically filter further emails to spam/junk, or bounce them entirely. If a contact flags an email as spam by mistake, please contact support@clubworx.com)

Underneath this, you will see a contact-by-contact report that you are able to filter by name, action, email, or phone number. You will be able to click through to the profile of a contact, or click the number of an action taken by a member to see more information. For example, any additional information provided to the Clubworx server about why a message bounced for a specific contact.
