How to Bulk Send Pre-filled Waivers

Bulk sending waivers is now as easy as 1 2 3!

Please note: It is important to ensure you are only sending pre-filled waivers to adult contacts. Sending a waiver to a member who is a child, could result in the parent or guardian's contact details replacing the child member's contact profile or a duplicate contact profile being created.

If you do not have the parent as a contact in your Clubworx account. You can instead copy the link to the waiver and include the link to the blank waiver in a bulk email to your contacts. This will prevent any contact profiles being changed, or duplicate profiles being created.



1. Click on Waivers on the left panel and click on the Bulk Send tab on the top of the page.


2. Select the Waiver from the dropdown list that you wish to send and set the filter according to your needs. You can filter by Contact Added date, Contact Type, Family Status, Payment Method Status, Location and In Report.

To filter by a report, you must make sure you have created the report from the Reports> Custom reports page. Click here for more information on building a custom report.



3. Check the boxes for the Contacts you want to send the waiver out to and click the orange Send Waiver button on the top right hand corner. You will be prompted to confirm this again, if you're happy to proceed, click on the green Send Invites button.


Hooray, you've successfully sent your waiver out to your list of contacts in a few easy clicks!
