Customising Contact Information Displays in Roll Call

This article will show you how to choose which member and prospect information show in Roll Call

Updated over a year ago

When viewing Roll Call you will now be able to choose which information about your contacts is displayed:

  1. Click Roll Call in the left menu to open Roll Call

  2. Click the cog icon in the top left corner of the screen

  3. A drawer will open, showing you the information that you can display and hide in roll call

  4. Use the checkboxes to select what information you'd like to see

  5. Once you have made your selections, click the green update button to confirm your selections

If you have trouble accessing Roll Call or any settings, contact your Clubworx Account Owner to ensure that you have the correct permissions set.
