If you head to Settings, then Account Profile, and click Dashboard in the left menu, you will be able to customise what you or your staff see on a broad level.
Enabling Dashboard Privacy mode will blur your dashboard view, until you click the Disable button. This allows you to use Clubworx when you're on the go, if you are concerned about someone viewing the dashboard over your shoulder!
Additionally, underneath this setting you will see a drop-down option for each dashlet:
Show for all user types: Both Account Owners and Staff will be able to see this dashlet
Hide for all user types: Neither Account Owners nor Staff will be able to see this dashlet
Show for Account Owners only: You and any other account owner will be able to see this dashlet, but your staff will not.
Additional Information:
If you have a user account that has all permissions enabled for their account, they will still be considered a user and not an account owner.
If you want some staff to see a dashlet, but not others, then you should choose Show for all user types. You can then go to Settings in the top menu and select Users from the drop down menu. You can then click on a user's name and under the Dashboards permission, remove their access to that dashlet (don't forget to save!) This can be useful in cases of junior staff or senior staff having role-based access permissions.
An Account Owner will be the account associated with the email address you used to create the Clubworx account. This email address can then contact support to request additional account owners if needed. An account owner can authorise account cancellation, make financial decisions, remove users, as well as other top-level requests on behalf of the account.
Each account must have at least one account owner with an email address that has not been used to create a Clubworx account before (but the email address can be associated with another account).
