When do I use the new trigger?
This trigger will fire when a single booking is cancelled. This new trigger will enrol for bookings cancelled prior to the late cancel deadline.

How do I use it?
As with any sequence head into Sequences > New Sequence. Then, select the trigger 'Booking Cancelled':
Name your sequence and categorise it. Then, select the payloads and timings:
If you're selecting a Blank Template from an Email / SMS / Push Notification payload, make sure you complete the text field and save the field:
When you're happy with the changes, select Save OR Save and Activate. The sequence will then appear in your list of sequences. Make sure the "Active" toggle is turned ON:
