What This Feature Does
Life happens and sometimes, your schedule changes. CoachRx
gives you the ability to move a workout to a different day directly from your mobile app. This helps you stay consistent, even when things don’t go as planned.
Note: This feature must be enabled by your coach. If you don’t see the option to move a workout, reach out to your coach to confirm if it's available to you.
How to Move a Workout
Open the CoachRx Mobile App
After logging in, you’ll land on your Home screen where your daily workout is displayed.Locate the Workout You Want to Move
Find the workout scheduled for today that you’d like to shift to another day.Tap the “Move” Icon
You’ll see a small calendar or arrow icon next to the workout. Tap it to begin the move process.Choose a New Date
A calendar will pop up. Tap the day you’d like to move the workout to (e.g., from Monday to Tuesday).Confirm the Move
Tap “Move Workout” to confirm. The workout will now disappear from the original date and show up on the new one.

Can I Move It Back?
Yes! You can move a workout as many times as you need , just repeat the same steps and select a new day.
Will My Coach See the Change?
Yes. Any time you move a workout, it automatically updates on your coach’s calendar, so they’ll know you’ve made an adjustment.
