For a client to see their assigned workout for the day / week, the client must first log in to their CoachRx app. Once logged in, the client will see the workout in their DailyRx section if the workout is that day or they can head to the Exercise section to view their week at a glance.

Note: If the training does not start until the following week they may not see it due to your Client Settings. To update your Client Settings, head over to your CoachRx account or simply click on the link below.
