TrueMed Integration: HSA/FSA Payments for Coaching
Through CoachRx's partnership with TrueMed, qualified clients can pay for their coaching using pre-tax HSA or FSA dollars. This article explains how the integration works, how clients qualify, and how to enable it for your business.
What HSA/FSA payment means for your clients
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) hold pre-tax money set aside for qualified health expenses. When a client qualifies through TrueMed, coaching can be paid for with those funds, which lowers the real cost of working with you and makes price less of a barrier.
How it works
TrueMed provides a merchant link that connects to your CoachRx payment flow.
A client completes TrueMed's qualification process, which determines whether their situation makes coaching an eligible expense.
Once approved, the client can apply HSA/FSA funds toward their coaching payments.
Setting it up
Enabling TrueMed is managed alongside your payment setup. If you'd like to offer HSA/FSA payments to your clients and don't yet see the option, reach out to our team and we'll help you get connected through the partnership.

Common questions
Do all clients qualify? No. Qualification is handled by TrueMed on a per-client basis.
Does this change how I get paid? No. Approved HSA/FSA payments flow through your normal CoachRx payment setup.
