Custom Theming: Branding the Client App for Your Organization
Custom Theming lets you brand the CoachRx client experience with your own colors, typography, logo, splash screen, and quotes, so the app your clients open feels like yours, not generic software. This article covers what you can customize, where to find it, who can edit it, and what your clients will see.
What you can customize
From the Theme editor you can set:
Brand color - choose from curated presets or enter your own hex value, with an optional gradient treatment derived from it.
Typography - pick from a set of curated fonts designed to stay legible across the app.
Logo - upload your organization's logo.
Splash screen - add an optional custom splash image, so the client app opens into your branding.
Quotes - add a custom set of quotes that surface on high-traffic client screens.
Your color scheme is applied to key elements across the client app's Home, Program, and Messages areas, and the Home header features the coach's avatar.
Where to find it
Custom Theming lives in the Theme editor in your CoachRx web app Settings. The editor includes a live preview, so you can see your changes before they go out, and you can save your theme or revert to the CoachRx default at any time.
Theming is organization-wide, not per coach
Custom Theming is set at the organization level. When you save a theme, it applies across your entire organization, every coach's clients see the same branding. It is not configured per individual coach, and individual coaches do not set their own separate themes.

Who can edit Custom Theming
Because theming affects the entire organization, only Owners and Super Admins can edit it. Admins and Coaches can see the branding in effect but cannot change it.

What your clients see
Clients experience your branding throughout the mobile app: your splash screen when they open it, your colors across Home, Program, and Messages, your typography, and your custom quotes. The result is an app that reinforces who they hired, rather than feeling like third-party software.
FAQs
Is theming set per coach or per client? Neither. It is organization-wide. Every client across your organization sees the same theme.
Can an individual coach set their own theme? No. Only Owners and Super Admins can edit the organization's theme, and there is a single theme for the whole organization.
What happens if we do not set a theme? The client app uses the standard CoachRx default appearance until a theme is saved.
Can I undo my changes? Yes. You can revert to the CoachRx default from the Theme editor at any time.
Does theming change the coach web app too? Custom Theming is about the client experience. It brands what your clients see in the mobile app.
