Whether you need to transfer clients to another coach within CoachRx or to your organization owner's account, follow the simple steps below.
Head over to the Coaches section:
Select the Coach
Click the 3 dots to the right of the client
Click transfer client
Input the new coaches email and transfer
*If the coach is deleted all together prior to the clients being transferred, all clients will go to the organization owner’s account and the clients can be transferred from that account.
