How do I locate my prescribed exercise video?
Your coach can attach a demo video to any exercise in your program. Use this article to find the video for any movement you don't recognize.
How to Open the Video
Open the CoachRx app on your phone.
Tap into today's workout from your home screen.
Find the exercise in the workout.
Tap the exercise name or the small video icon next to it.
The video expands from the bottom of the screen and plays.
To locate a prescribed exercise video for any given exercise, your coach must add this to your exercise when creating your prescription. Click and it will expand from the bottom.
What If There's No Video?
If you don't see a video icon or the video won't expand, your coach may not have attached one to that exercise yet. Send your coach a quick message asking them to add a demo, or look the movement up by name in another video source they trust.
If the Video Won't Play
Check your internet connection - videos stream and need a stable signal.
Force-quit the CoachRx app and reopen it.
Make sure your app is up to date in the App Store or Google Play.
If you're seeing "Sign in to confirm you're not a bot" or any other error, the video may be hosted on YouTube and need a separate sign-in. See the related article on playback issues.
Still Stuck?
Message your coach directly inside the app and let them know which exercise. They can attach a video, swap to one you can see, or describe the movement for you.
