What's New in the Coach Video Library
Your CoachRx video library is no longer just stock exercise demos. The library now surfaces every video you have uploaded yourself, alongside the platform's stock library, with full playback inside the library view. You can also pick a custom thumbnail for each upload from a set of auto-generated candidates so your library is visually scannable at a glance.
Finding Your Uploaded Videos
When you open the video library inside the program builder, your own uploads appear in the same searchable list as stock videos. Use the search bar at the top of the library to filter by exercise name, keyword, or tag. Coach-uploaded videos can be distinguished by their thumbnails and any labels you applied during upload.
Playing Back a Video
Open a program and click into a workout in the program builder.
Click Add Demo Video or open the existing demo video on an exercise.
The library opens with your videos visible alongside the stock library.
Click the play icon on any thumbnail to preview the video inline. You do not have to attach it to confirm the right pick.
Choosing a Custom Thumbnail
When you upload a new video, CoachRx auto-generates several thumbnail candidates from frames throughout the clip. After processing finishes, you can pick the one that best represents the movement.
Open the video in your library.
Click Edit Thumbnail.
Review the auto-generated thumbnail candidates.
Select the frame you want, then click Save.
Your custom thumbnail then appears everywhere the video is referenced in the platform.
Why This Matters
Coaches consistently asked for the ability to use their own demo videos as first-class citizens in CoachRx, not just stock content. Library browsing, inline playback, and custom thumbnails close the gap so you can build programs with your own movement standards without leaving the platform or jumping between tools.
