Messaging in CoachRx offers a convenient way to communicate directly with your clients. This guide will walk you through the various methods available for accessing messaging and highlight the different communication options at your disposal.

There are two primary ways to access direct messaging in CoachRx:

  1. Using the Messages Icon: To access messaging, simply click on the messages icon located in the top right corner of the CoachRx interface.

  2. From a Client's Calendar: While viewing a client's calendar, you can either press the 'C' key or navigate to the sidebar and click on the Messages option. This action will instantly open up the messaging interface for direct communication.

Broadcast Messaging: CoachRx offers a convenient feature known as broadcast messaging, which allows you to send messages to all clients or select groups of clients by filtering them using tags. This feature is particularly useful when you need to communicate important announcements, updates, or reminders to a larger audience efficiently.

To utilize the broadcast messaging feature, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the messages icon located in the top right corner of the CoachRx interface.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select "See All" to access the full messages view.

  3. In the messages view, locate the "New Message" option and click on it.

  4. A new message composition window will appear. Here, you can compose your message just like a regular direct message.

  5. To send the message to all clients or specific groups, click on the available filters or tags. Select the desired tags that correspond to the clients you wish to include in the broadcast.

  6. Once you have composed your message and selected the appropriate tags, click the send button to broadcast the message to the chosen clients or groups.

By utilizing the broadcast messaging feature in CoachRx, you can streamline your communication efforts and ensure that important information reaches the right clients efficiently.

Communication Options: Once you're in the messaging interface, you have several options for communicating with your clients effectively.

  1. Text-based Communication: You can initiate conversations with your clients by typing free text messages. This allows you to engage in a traditional conversation and ask questions or provide updates easily.

  2. Emojis: In addition to text messages, you can enhance your communication by using emojis. Expressions like smiley faces, thumbs up, or other relevant emojis can help convey emotions or sentiments effectively.

  3. File Attachments: If you need to share files such as videos or photos with your clients, you can utilize the attachment feature. By clicking the attachment button, you can add videos, photos, or any necessary files directly to the conversation.

  4. GIFs: Inject some humor or express emotions using GIFs. CoachRx allows you to include GIFs in your messages, enabling you to add an extra touch of personality to your communication.

  5. Loom Integration: CoachRx integrates with Loom, a popular video messaging platform. With Loom integration, you can create video messages quickly and seamlessly. By clicking the Loom icon in the messaging interface, you can choose to record your screen only, screen and camera, or camera only. After recording your message, simply insert it into the conversation, and it will be sent directly to your client.
