Formerly known as "Client Reminders", "Scheduled Messages" is here to enhance your coaching impact and streamline your client communication process.

The Scheduled Messages feature allows you to plan and send personalized messages to your clients with ease. Instead of selecting "reminders" from the dashboard or toolbar, you can now open a message to a client and schedule it for future delivery directly from the conversation interface.

How It Works

  1. Open a message to a client within CoachRx.

  2. Compose your message as usual.

  3. Instead of sending immediately, choose the schedule option.

  4. Select the date and time for message delivery.

  5. Confirm and let CoachRx handle the rest!
