Copying last week's program:

FAQ

Q: Do I need to memorize all of these shortcuts?

A: No. Start with the actions you use most, like / to search or Enter to edit a workout. Speed comes from repetition, not memorization.

Q: How do I see all shortcuts inside CoachRx?

A: Press ? anywhere in the app to view the full shortcuts list.

Q: Why isn't a shortcut working?

A: Most shortcuts won't fire if you're actively typing in a text field. Press Esc to exit edit mode and try again.

Q: Can shortcuts conflict with my browser or other apps?

A: Yes. Some browser or system shortcuts may override CoachRx if the app isn't focused. Make sure CoachRx is the active window.

Q: What's the difference between Paste and Paste Previous 7 Days?

A: Paste (Cmd/Ctrl + V) pastes workouts you've copied. Paste Previous 7 Days (Cmd + Shift + V) duplicates the last 7 days of training starting from your selected day.

Q: Why do some shortcuts use letters without modifiers?

A: Single-letter shortcuts are designed for calendar navigation mode, when you're not typing. This allows fast toggling without slowing down programming.

Q: Do these shortcuts work on international keyboards?

A: Shortcuts are optimized for US QWERTY keyboards. Some symbols may require alternate key combinations depending on your layout.

Q: Are Mac and Windows shortcuts different?

A: They are intentionally very similar. The main difference is Mac uses Cmd and Windows uses Ctrl. Everything else is designed to feel the same.
