Base Plan - Core Coaching Features

The Base plan is ideal for fitness coaches who focus on the coaching itself. You get all the tools to design effective programs, communicate with clients, track progress, and deliver excellent coaching. The Base plan works well for coaches who handle payments outside of CoachRx, manage a small team, or don't yet need business analytics.

Business Suite - Full Business Management

The Business Suite adds comprehensive business management capabilities. If you want to collect payments directly from clients within CoachRx, manage a team of coaches, provide contracts to clients, or analyze your business metrics, the Business Suite provides these tools integrated into the platform.

The Business Suite is particularly valuable for:

Growing coaching practices that want to scale their business while maintaining organization. Having payments, contracts, and payroll all in one place reduces administrative friction.

Coaches with teams who need to manage multiple coaches, track their earnings, and maintain payroll records systematically.

Coaches who want detailed business analytics to understand which services are most profitable, which client types convert best, and where to focus growth efforts.

Coaches operating a more formal business who need professional contract management and client documentation.
