Finding Your Coach Subscription
Your CoachRx coach subscription (what you pay us each month) lives in Account Settings:
Log into CoachRx on the web at app.coachrx.com.
Click your profile avatar in the top right.
Select Account Settings.
Click Plan & Billing in the left sidebar.
From here you can see your current plan, client count, next renewal date, payment method on file, and invoice history.
Updating Your Payment Method
Go to Account Settings - Plan & Billing.
Under Payment Method, click Update Card.
Enter the new card details in the Stripe payment form.
Click Save. The new card is immediately active for the next charge.
Downloading Invoices and Receipts
Go to Account Settings - Plan & Billing.
Scroll to Billing History.
Click any invoice to view the PDF.
Use your browser's print or download option to save a copy.
Changing Your Plan Tier
Plan upgrades and downgrades happen in the same Plan & Billing section. See CoachRx Pricing Plans & Feature Comparison for tier details before changing. Downgrades are self-service. Upgrades require Owner confirmation - they do not happen automatically as your client list grows.
Business Suite (Client Billing) Lives Elsewhere
If you are looking for invoices and subscriptions you send to clients (not what you pay CoachRx), that is in Business Suite:
Click Business Suite in the main left navigation.
Select Invoices, Subscriptions, or Payouts.
Business Suite requires Owner or Super Admin role and a connected Stripe account.

If you do not see Plan & Billing in your Account Settings, your account does not have the right role. Ask the Owner of your organization to update your role or handle the billing change directly.
