Welcome to the CoachRx client page, where you can efficiently manage all your clients within Codex. In this article, we'll explore the various features and functionalities available to you.

Upon accessing your client page, you'll find a comprehensive list of both your active and archived clients. This allows you to easily keep track of your entire client base. To quickly locate a specific client, you have two options: searching by name or utilizing tags. By using the search bar, you can enter the client's name or relevant tags to filter and find the desired client efficiently.

Adding a new client is a seamless process. Simply click on the "Add Client" button, and you will be prompted to enter their first name, last name, email, gender, unit preference, and time zone. After filling in these details, clicking "Add" will initiate the system to send a welcome email to the client's provided email address. This email includes instructions on how to proceed, as well as your intake form for the client to complete.

For your convenience, you can sort your clients based on various criteria. You have the option to sort by name, exercise, to-do items, and lifestyle. This feature enables you to organize and manage your clients based on different aspects relevant to their training programs.

Additionally, you can utilize the tag functionality to further streamline your client management. Suppose you design training programs and have multiple clients following specific schedules, such as training on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. In that case, you can assign tags to these clients accordingly. By searching for a specific tag, such as "Monday," you can view and focus solely on clients associated with that tag. This feature simplifies your workflow, allowing you to efficiently access relevant information.

The client profile view provides you with a range of options to customize your interactions. You can edit the client's profile details, modify their intake form, transfer them to another trainer if necessary, send them a message, or archive them from the system. These features empower you to personalize and adapt your approach based on individual client needs.
