Q: Is the transition assistance really free?

A: Yes, transition assistance is complimentary for all CoachRx subscribers. We want to make your transition as smooth as possible.

Q: How long does migration typically take?

A: Timeline varies by platform and data complexity. We ask for 3-5 business days to complete the transition. But we have seen that simple migrations can be completed in 1-2 days, while complex scenarios may take up to a week.

Q: What if my platform isn't supported for automatic migration?

A: Unfortunately, we are not able to provide transition assistance from all platforms. If your current platform isn’t available, our team will work with you to assist as much as possible.

Q: Will migrated data look the same as it did in my old platform?

A: Data will be formatted to work within CoachRx, which may look different but will preserve the essential workout information.

Q: Can I test the migration with a few clients before doing everyone?

A: At this time, we ask that we complete the full transition all at once.
