Replying to CoachRx Notifications by Email

Reply directly to client comments and messages straight from your email inbox. Your reply posts back into the CoachRx conversation, so you do not have to log into the app for every quick response.

CoachRx notification emails for comments and messages now include a reply-by-email banner. Hit reply in your email client and the response posts back into the CoachRx conversation. No more switching tabs for a one-line answer.

How It Works

  1. You receive a notification email when a client posts a comment, sends a message, or replies in a thread.

  2. The email shows a banner at the top: You can reply directly to this email and your reply will post back into CoachRx.

  3. Hit Reply in your email client (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, anything).

  4. Type your response above the quoted text.

  5. Send.

  6. Your reply appears in the original CoachRx conversation within a minute or two.

Tips for Replying By Email

  • Keep your reply above the quoted text. Anything below the quoted email is dropped. Most email clients put your cursor in the right place automatically.

  • Plain text only. Inline images, signature graphics, and HTML formatting will be stripped. Your client sees clean text in CoachRx.

  • Reply from the same email address. The reply must come from the email tied to your CoachRx account or it will bounce.

  • Attachments are not supported yet. For files or screenshots, log into CoachRx and post directly.

Troubleshooting

My reply did not appear in CoachRx.

  • Confirm you replied from the email address linked to your CoachRx coach account.

  • Check that you wrote your response above the quoted email, not below.

  • Wait two minutes. The post is usually instant but can lag on busy email systems.

  • Still missing? Forward the email and your reply to coachrxsupport@opexfit.com.

ℹ️

If you do not see the reply-by-email banner, you may be on the older notification email format. Hit reply anyway - replies are processed the same way for all coaches. The banner is just a visual cue.
