Access Your Client's Calendar:
Go to the "Clients" section in CoachRx.
Select the client you want to create a training program for.
Open the client's calendar.
Open RxBot:
Click the "RxBot" button located in the calendar view.
Define Training Parameters:
Training Days: Select the days of the week the client will train.
Training Duration: Set the number of weeks for the training program.
Select Training Intents:
Strength Training Focus:
Choose specific goals like strength, muscle, motor control or strength endurance.

Click "Generate Workout" to have RxBot design the training program.

Review and Refine the Program:
Check each workout for accuracy and suitability for the client.
Make edits like adjusting exercises, modifying supersets, or adding extra notes.
Chat with RxBot:
Use the chat function to chat with RxBot regarding the program
Assign the Program:
Once satisfied, click "Assign Program."
The workouts will appear on the client's calendar, where further refinements can be made if necessary.
