Superset
Creating a Superset
Click the "⋯" menu on the exercise you want to start the superset from.
Select Add Superset. When you drag the chosen exercise or click
- the next exercise will be grouped with it.
Rounds and rest: a superset has shared rounds and rest. Set them on the superset block, and the client does every exercise in the group back to back, rests, and repeats.
Example, cardio intervals: 2 min bike, 2 min SkiErg, 90 sec rest, 5 rounds.
Add Bike and SkiErg to the session.
On both, click ⋯ > Change set type > Time & Distance and set the duration to 2:00.
On the Bike, click ⋯ > Add Superset and group the SkiErg with it.
On the superset, set rounds to 5 and rest to 90 seconds.
Tip: You can also mix weight, reps, and time-based exercises in the same Superset.
For example, a Jump Rope with duration (hh:mm:ss) followed by a Barbell Squat with weight and reps, followed the builder supports both in the same session.
Removing a Superset
Open the workout plan and use the Drag mode to drag an exercise out of the superset group.
Drop Sets
Same flow: click "⋯" on the exercise and select Add Drop Set.
Alternative Exercises
Adding Alternatives (Coach)
Click the "⋯" menu on any exercise and select Add alternatives. Search and pick one or more alternative exercises. These are useful for clients who train at different gyms or need equipment substitutions.
Finding Alternatives (Client)
In the app, the client taps the 🔄 icon in the bottom-right corner of an exercise during their workout.
If there is no 🔄 icon, no alternatives have been added.
Meaning if a client asks "where are my alternatives?", point them to the 🔄 icon once they have clicked "Start Workout".
Other Options in the ⋯ Menu
Change set type: choose how the client logs the exercise, for example Weight & Reps, Time & Distance or AMRAP & Weight.
Move to section: move an exercise to a different section in the program
Delete: remove the exercise entirely
