Photo studio: share your client’s progress photos

Turn your client’s progress photos into a before and after image with their results, ready to post or send.

Written by Malene Malmkjær

The photo studio is where you view, compare and share your client’s progress photos. It opens in full screen, with all the client’s photos on one side and the tools to build an image on the other. When you are done, download it or copy it straight into a post, a story or the chat.

Open the photo studio

You can open it from two places:

  • The Inbox: click Before and after on a check-in card with progress photos

  • The client’s Development tab: open their progress photos

Your client’s photos

On the left you see all the client’s progress photos, grouped by check-in with the week and date, and sorted into Front, Side and Back.

Click a photo to place it in the frame. With two frames, the photo goes into the frame you clicked last. You can also drag a photo straight into a frame.

One photo or before and after

At the top right, choose what you want to show:

  • One photo: a single photo, for example the latest check-in

  • Before and after: two photos next to each other, shown either:

    • Side by side: the two photos next to each other

    • Slider: the photos on top of each other, with a line you drag to reveal before and after

Under Photo, switch between Front, Side and Back to compare the same angle.

Move and zoom the photos

The photos don’t have to fit the frame as they were taken. Inside the frame you can:

  • Drag a photo to move it

  • Scroll (or pinch on a trackpad) to zoom in and out, or use the Zoom slider

This makes it easy to line up two photos so the client is the same size and in the same place in both.

Stickers

All text and graphics on the image are stickers. Click a sticker to add it, and click it again to remove it. You can also drag it straight onto the image. On the image, drag a sticker to move it, or drag its corner to make it bigger or smaller.

The stickers are filled in automatically from the client’s data:

  • Week and date for each photo, e.g. “Week 11 · 25 Oct”

  • Change, e.g. “−3.9 kg · 12 weeks”

  • Your logo

  • Line and Line and numbers: the weight curve over the period

  • Change (large): the weight change in big numbers

  • Three numbers: start weight, change and goal

  • Six changes: weight and body measurements side by side

  • Chart: the weight curve with dates

  • Goal ring: how far the client is toward their goal

  • Measurements: a list of all changes in measurements

  • Title: the client’s name, the period and the dates

Format and colours

Under the image, choose the format that fits where you are posting:

  • 9:16 for stories and reels

  • 4:5 for Instagram posts

  • 1:1 for a square image

Then pick the colour style for the stickers: White, Black, or one of your two brand colours.

Download or copy

When you are happy with the image:

  • Download saves it as an image file

  • Copy copies it, so you can paste it straight into a chat, an email or your social media tool

💡 Always ask your client for permission before you share their photos publicly.
