Creator Roster

Build your own creator database

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Use Creator Roster to import existing creators you have and continue to grow your creator network within Cobrand, using a variety of sourcing methods in the app.

Import Creators

If you have creators in external sheets or discover off the app, we encourage you to import them. This will allow you to seamlessly add them to campaigns, and find similar creators based on their videos.

To do this, within Creator Roster click Add Creators and input their links. You can import Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and X/Twitter accounts to Creator Roster.

Cobrand will validate the links before you can import them, making sure the pages are still active. If any are invalid, you will need to remove them before you can proceed in uploading the whole list.

Add Creators Natively

Within Cobrand, you will be able to view creator details from a variety of pages. When you click into their profile, you will see the "Save" button. This will automatically add them to your Creator Roster. At the same time, you may wish to add a Tag. These are unique to your organization, and can be edited and managed over time.

  • We recommend using Tags as thematic attributes so that you can quickly isolate for "lyric pages", "lipsync", etc. Since Cobrand has default fields for country, using this for geographic location is not necessary. If you wish to attach a City, you can do that using the designated field

Any creator who participates in a campaign will also get automatically added to Creator Roster.

To remove creators from the Creator Roster, you can do so in bulk by selecting multiple, and using the pop-up utility bar. Or you can click into their profile, and click the Save button again.

Creator Analytics

Whether you add a creator from within the app or you import them, Creator Roster will pull in a variety of metrics to help you generate shortlists for campaigns. These include a link to their social account, their public contact information, their country location (for Instagram and TikTok only), and their total followers.

You will also have the chance to add custom details over time. If you have a contact method not available in the public domain (i.e. we did not already have it) you can add it in by clicking into their Contact Method. You can also add their phone number here if you have it.

By default, Creator Price is empty. At anytime, you can add a price and specify what platform or engagement type it represents. If you run promotions, we will store the creator's historical price details here, too.

Lastly, you will notice a Rating field. This is unique to your organization, and you can choose how you wish to evaluate whether someone is a top collaboration partner. As with the other fields, click into the rating to add stars. You can edit it later.

Creator Lists

In addition to adding Tags to a creator profile, you may wish to prepare lists of creators, especially if you are working with a big team and you have distinct go-to lists.

You can create a list by clicking the + sign on the left side of the page. The tools icon beside it will allow you to edit the title later or delete lists. Once you create lists, you will see them populate at the top of the page, to the right of "All Creators" and you can navigate across them.

You can also create lists upon import. If you click Add Creators, New List, it will import your creators directly into a new List, or an existing one.
