Step 1: Upload Class Roster
Navigate to the CoGrader secure platform interface.
Locate and select the class roster upload feature.
Upload your class roster file through the designated upload area.
Step 2: Prepare CSV File Format
Ensure your CSV file contains the following required headers:
District ID
Course ID
School ID
Course Title
Student ID
Student Email
Teacher Email
Verify that all data fields are properly populated and formatted.
Save the file in CSV format before proceeding to upload.
Step 3: Map CSV Columns
After uploading your CSV file, access the column mapping interface.
Match each column from your CSV file to the corresponding system field.
Confirm the mapping configuration before proceeding.
Step 4: Process CSV File
Allow CoGrader to automatically process the uploaded CSV file.
Verify that the platform has been successfully enabled for your district.
