If your school uses Microsoft Teams for assignments, you can export student work, grade it in CoGrader, and return detailed feedback through Teams.

Step 1: Export Student Submissions from Microsoft Teams

  1. Open your Team and go to the Assignments tab.

  2. Select the assignment you want to grade.

  3. Go to Student work.

  4. Click Download all student work if available.

If bulk download is not available:

  • Open each student’s submission.

  • Download or save it as a PDF.

  • Ensure each file includes the student’s name in the filename.

Step 2: Upload Submissions to CoGrader

  1. Log in to CoGrader.

  2. Create or select a class.

  3. Upload all student files (PDF or DOCX).

CoGrader will process submissions and prepare them for grading.

Step 3: Grade and Review in CoGrader

  • Select or build your rubric.

  • Review AI-generated scores and individualized feedback.

  • Edit comments or refine grading as needed.

You can also provide additional grading instructions before finalizing feedback.

Step 4: Return Feedback to Microsoft Teams

  1. Export feedback from CoGrader as individual PDFs.

  2. In Microsoft Teams, open the assignment.

  3. Select a student submission.

  4. Under Feedback, click Add work and upload the feedback PDF.

Alternatively, copy and paste the written feedback directly into the assignment comment box.

This workflow allows you to keep using Microsoft Teams while giving students clear, structured, and personalized feedback through CoGrader.
