How do I know if my deposit is manual? You’ll find out as soon as you select your coin. If the app prompts you with a 3-step process and asks for a Transaction Hash (TXID), you are using the manual flow.
Step 1: Start Your Deposit
Log in to Coinstash and tap Deposit.
Select Crypto.
Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit (e.g., APT, KAS).
Step 2: Enter Deposit Details (1 of 3)
In this step, you are telling our system what to look for:
Network: Select the correct blockchain network.
Amount: Enter the exact amount you intend to send.
From Address (Optional): You can provide the address you are sending from to help our team identify the transfer faster.
Step 3: Wallet Address Allocation (2 of 3)
A unique deposit address (and a Memo/Tag if required) will be generated for you.
Time Limit: This address is valid for 1 hour.
Sending Funds: Transfer the exact amount you entered in Step 1 to this specific address.
Important: Do not close this screen until you have sent the funds and copied your Transaction Hash (TXID).
Step 4: Submit Transaction Hash (3 of 3)
Once you have sent the crypto from your external wallet or exchange:
Copy the Transaction Hash (TX Hash/TXID).
Paste it into the field provided on the Coinstash screen.
Hit Submit.
This step is vital—it’s how we match your on-chain movement to your Coinstash account.
✅ Deposit Confirmation
Your deposit will now show as Pending in your Transaction History.
Review Time: Our team manually finalises these deposits, typically within 1 hour during operational hours (9 am – 11 pm AEST).
Notification: You will receive an update once the transaction is confirmed and the funds are in your balance.
