Step-by-Step Instructions
Initiate the Deposit:
Desktop: Click the Deposit button, select Crypto, and hit Next.
Mobile App/Website: Tap the Down Arrow (Deposit) icon, select Crypto, and hit Next.
Select Your Coin: Search for the cryptocurrency you want to bring over.
Note: If you see "No coins found" or are prompted to "Request Deposit Address," our system may be generating a unique wallet for you. Feel free to reach out to support if it doesn't appear shortly.
Choose the Network: Select the specific blockchain network you’ll be using (e.g., Bitcoin, ERC-20, Solana).
Get Your Address: Coinstash will provide a unique QR code and a Wallet Address.
Complete the Transfer: * Open your external wallet or exchange.
Scan the QR code or paste the address provided by Coinstash.
Send the funds.
Confirmation: Once the blockchain network confirms the transfer, the assets will automatically reflect in your Coinstash balance.
⚠️ Critical Reminders for a Safe Deposit
To ensure your funds arrive safely, please keep the following in mind:
Network Match: Ensure the network you select on Coinstash exactly matches the network used by your external wallet. Using the wrong network (e.g., sending BTC to an Ethereum address) can result in the permanent loss of your crypto.
Avoid Typos: Wallet addresses are long and case-sensitive. Never type them manually. Always use the copy/paste function or scan the QR code.
No Limits: There is no minimum or maximum amount when depositing cryptocurrency to Coinstash.
