In Target Value Design, you see how each estimate milestone compares to the target and the stretch goal. You can also compare the target to the forecast estimate which takes into account Value Optioneering items from ForeSite.

If you want to look further into a target, click on it, and you will be redirected to Vision with the appropriate filters applied to focus on that target.

In Vision, you can use the Cost Overview chart to visualize the estimate changes per milestone and see how it compares to the target. This chart has View Settings that you can adjust to display more information on the chart. And you can also Calibrate versus other projects.

In addition to this chart, Vision gives you more charts to study ForeSite decisions over time,

compare component estimates between milestones and against budgets,

check the program overview,

and check the effect of approved, rejected, and pending VO items on the project estimates.
