Set Bulk Inventory

Use the Inventory tab to add stock to new product variations across one or more locations.

Review SKUs and Variants

  1. Open the Inventory tab from your admin dashboard.

  2. You'll see a list of all SKUs, including separate entries for each variant.

    • Example: "Phantom Chardonnay 2024" listed once for 1L and once for 750ml.


Use Bulk Upload for New Inventory

  1. Identify the new SKUs or variants that need inventory assigned.

  2. Select the relevant location(s)—e.g., Warehouse or Tasting Room.

  3. Choose bulk upload or update from the action menu.

  4. Input the number of units you’ve received—e.g., 100 units for each variant.

  5. Submit the update.

This is ideal for assigning inventory to new wines freshly bottled and ready to sell.


Confirm Inventory Assignment

  1. After the update, check that inventory has changed from 0 to your entered value.

  2. Each location should now reflect the accurate stock count for every variant.

Accurate inventory at launch helps ensure smooth POS and online availability.
