INTRODUCTION
This article covers each setting under the Reservation Settings row in the Admin Panel. To access it, navigate to SETTINGS—it’s the fourth row of icons in the panel. Each icon represents a group of related settings you’ll configure for your organization. The steps below walk you through all six options.
Quick Links
1. Reservation Types
Reservation Types define the different kinds of bookings available on your schedulers—like Singles – Tennis or Doubles – Tennis. These types let clubs set rules for booking duration, guest limits, fees, and other restrictions to fit their policies and players’ needs.

2. Custom Fields
Custom Fields let you collect extra information from members during reservations or lesson bookings—like asking if they need to rent a racquet. Admins can choose where the field appears (member portal, scheduler, or admin side), its format (text box, drop-down, etc.), and whether it’s required or optional.

3. Misc. Fees
Miscellaneous Fees allow clubs to add extra charges—like cleaning or lighting fees—when players book certain reservations. These fees can be tied to specific items or services to simplify billing during checkout.
4. Email Messages
The Custom Email Messages tool lets admins add personalized notes to system-generated emails—like reservation confirmations or event reminders. These messages can include important instructions, policy reminders, or promotional content, and can be placed at the top or bottom of each email.

5. Disclosures
Disclosures provide important information—like club policies or risk statements—directly on the booking screen. Players must check a box agreeing to the disclosure before completing their reservation, ensuring they’re aware of terms before participating.

6. Waivers & Agreements
The Waivers & Agreements feature (an additional feature) allows clubs to collect legally binding digital signatures for liability waivers or membership contracts. Unlike Disclosures, these documents include a signed acknowledgment and can be made mandatory for bookings or memberships.

Based on the settings, this player must electronically sign the waiver before proceeding.
