First, we'll start with Reservation Types:

Reservation Types are important because we must first create Reservation Types, so we can assign them when we go to make an actual reservation:

Next up, we'll look at CUSTOM FIELDS:

As noted, Custom Fields are criteria that will be attached to your Booking Form(s) (Court Reservations).

Next, we have the MISC FEES button:

Under the GENERAL tab you can create the names of the fee:

Under the COSTS tab, you can customize the fee:


Next we have the EMAIL MESSAGES button:

This one is important because it's where you can create EMAIL TEMPLATES to send out to users for things such as

  • Reservation Creation

  • Reservation Updates

  • Event Registration

  • Event Updates

  • Cancellations

  • Private Lessons

  • Welcome Email to new users
