INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: View a member’s most recent login activity and manage their account credentials directly from the Member Login tab.
Use Cases: System users can manage a member’s account email and username (typically the same as their account email) and view their most recent login date. Note: If the member is part of a Network Membership, their email and username fields will be view-only and cannot be edited.
PREREQUISITES
The Login tab is one part of a member profile. Click here to learn how to add a member.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Open a member profile (via MEMBERS > SEARCH) and click the Login tab.
The page has the following information:
Member: Displays the member’s name and, if applicable, their family role.
Last Login Date: Shows the date of the member’s most recent login.
These two fields are closely related but serve different purposes:
Email Address: The member’s primary contact email, used for logging in and for receiving all system notifications, confirmations, and communications from CourtReserve.
Username: This is a unique identifier for a member. In most cases, the username and email are the same. However, some clubs may set up different usernames (for example, a unique member ID) for login purposes.
Note: If a system user changes a member’s email address, the member will be required to update their password the next time they log in.
For a Member with a Network Membership:
If the selected member is part of a Network Membership—which allows access to multiple club locations under a single membership—their email and username cannot be changed. See the example below.
A Note About Member Passwords
For security reasons, CourtReserve admins cannot view or update a member’s password once their login credentials have been created. Password management is solely the responsibility of the member. The only exception is when a system user manually adds a new member to CourtReserve. In that case, the system user can set both a username and a temporary password via the Login tab. This will trigger the reset password email for the member.
If ever a member needs to change their password, they should log out of the CourtReserve app and use the “Forgot Password?” link on the login screen to reset it.
To ensure proper account access, the email address the member enters should exactly match the one listed on the Member - Login tab.
