Using the Threads Page

The Threads page gives you a full-page, searchable view of all your work in Coworker — chats, agent runs, agent-builder sessions, Slackbot threads, and any thread that produced an artifact (dashboard, deck, doc, sheet, and more). It replaces the small sidebar chat list with a dedicated, organized experience so you can quickly find and navigate any conversation or work product.

Getting to the Threads page

The Threads page is accessed directly from the sidebar. The "Chats" section header has been repurposed into a "Threads" doorway — click the label or the chevron () to open the full page. You can also click the magnifier icon in that same section to open the Threads page.

There is no standalone navigation tab — the sidebar header is the entry point.

What you'll see

Every thread in your workspace is listed, grouped by recency (e.g., Today, Yesterday, This Week). Each row shows:

  • Thread type icon — a leading icon identifies what kind of thread it is at a glance. Hover over the icon for a label.

  • Thread name — for agent runs, the agent's name is displayed (not just a generic label).

  • Artifact badges — if the thread produced a dashboard, deck, doc, sheet, or other artifact, a badge appears on the row indicating what was created.

  • In-progress spinner — threads that are currently running show a live spinner so you know they're active.

Thread types

Threads are categorized by how they were created:

  • Chat — standard conversations in Chat mode

  • Build — deep-work sessions created in Build mode

  • Agent Builder — sessions from configuring or testing a custom agent

  • Slackbot — threads initiated via the Coworker Slack app

  • Agent — runs triggered by a deployed agent (shows the agent's name)

  • Customers — Magic Table / CI chat sessions

Searching and filtering

At the top of the Threads page, you have two ways to narrow the list:

  • Search — type any keyword to instantly filter threads by name. Results refine with every keystroke, with server-side search augmenting results as you type.

  • Filters — filter by thread type (Chat, Build, Agent, etc.) or by artifact type (Dashboard, Deck, Doc, Sheet, Agent, etc.). Filters can be combined.

The list supports infinite scroll — keep scrolling to load older threads without pagination.

Thread actions

Hover over any row to reveal two actions:

  • Open in new tab (external link icon) — opens the thread in a new browser tab so you can review it without navigating away from the Threads page.

  • Row menu (three-dot icon) — access Pin, Rename, and Delete for that thread. Pinned threads appear at the top of the list.

Notes

  • The Threads page is available to all Coworker users once enabled for your workspace.

  • If you do not see the Threads doorway in your sidebar, the feature may not yet be enabled for your network. Contact your workspace admin or reach out to Coworker support.

  • With the feature disabled, the sidebar reverts to the standard inline chat list with no changes to existing behavior.
