CoDrive is your team's shared workspace inside Coworker for storing, organizing, and accessing the work you create — artifacts, agents, skills, and meetings — all in one place. No more hunting across individual drives or losing track of shared work.
What's in CoDrive
Artifacts (documents, decks, canvases, and other generated content)
Agents you've built or have access to
Skills shared with you or your organization
Meetings, automatically organized into folders by day
How content gets into CoDrive
You don't need to manually save anything to CoDrive. Whenever you create a new artifact, canvas, or agent in Coworker, it's automatically added to your CoDrive under My Drive. Your existing work was also automatically backfilled into CoDrive when the feature launched, so nothing was left behind.
How CoDrive is organized
My Drive — folders and files you personally created or own.
Shared Drives — org-wide folders shared across your team or company, alongside any individual folders that have been shared with you.
Sharing and collaboration
CoDrive is built for collaboration, not just storage. Folders and files are designed to be shared across your organization, making it easy for teammates to discover, reuse, and build on each other's work. You can share content:
Internally, with people inside your organization — see Sharing a Coworker artifact internally.
Externally, with people outside your organization — see Sharing a Coworker artifact externally.
You can also create new folders to keep your work organized — see Creating a new folder in CoDrive.
Finding things in CoDrive
Use the search bar at the top of any CoDrive page to quickly find artifacts, agents, skills, or meetings by name or content.
