If only there was a way to see how your store matches up against those around you and across the entire company. That's where the CPR Encompass Stack Ranker comes in. Get an accurate view of how your stores are doing across all of Cell Phone Repair so you can make adjustments or keep up with your success. Not only this, but you can imagine where you could be by seeing how other stores around you rank. Follow along below as we go over how to use this report.

To find the report go to the left-hand menu and click Metric Reporting (Dial icon) > Stack Ranker.

When you open the report, your default view is All Store Rankings View, which includes all stores across the company**. Towards the top you will have filters that allow you to manage what stores you see in your results. It can be beneficial if you are looking to see how you stack up in your region or market.

Now, if you want to see just your stores, click on the filter that says All Store Rankings. From there, select the My Store Rankings and then click on Update. **Note: for Users associated with more than one store, it will be the second filter in dark black that says All Stores.

This will show a My Store Rankings View that is just your locations with the data updated to be relevant to your specific store ranks across all stores.

Now, let's get into the rankings. Rankings for the individual metrics are done using your Month-to-Date totals. They are compared with all the other stores and given a rank from 1 to the current total of stores at the time.

Rankings for the Overall Rank are done on a weighted average, meaning some of the individual ranks are worth more than others. These weights per rank were assigned by Cell Phone Repair. For example, Repair Sales (40%) will be worth more than Device Sales (20%), Accessory Attach Rate (20%), and Assurant Device Care Attach Rate (20%). You can hover your mouse over the title of each column to double-check the weight at any time. Note: Your rank can be tied with multiple stores.
