Creally brings creator discovery, outreach, conversations, and content analytics into one workflow.
You can find or import creators, contact them at scale, manage replies with an AI-assisted flow, and track content after a collaboration moves forward.
Search
This section is where you can create search campaigns. When the page opens, it displays a list of your existing search campaigns.
For each campaign, you can see a summary that includes its name, social network, search type by description, country, the number of keywords used, campaign status, the number of creators found, and the creation date.
At the top of the page, there are two buttons: "Only Mine" and "Create New".
Only Mine: Hides or shows campaigns created by other team members.
Create New: Used to create a new search campaign.
Clicking on a specific campaign opens a page with more details, including the specific keywords used for the search and the number of creators found for each keyword.
On this page, you can also restart the entire search campaign or just a search for specific keywords, and view the bloggers found for each keyword.
Outreach
On this page, you can see all of your Outreach campaigns and their key metrics, including the number of messages sent, messages opened, replies, and errors. You can also see which AI agent is used in each campaign, what message is being used, and who created the campaign and when.
Other Outreach related settings can be found in Creally settings > Email:
Inbox
This page displays all replies from creators. On the left, there is a creator pipeline clicking a status will show only the conversations with creators at that stage.
If you are part of a team, you can filter to see only your own conversations. You can also filter conversations by whether a reply is needed: conversations awaiting a reply are in the "TODO" tab, while those that have been answered are in the "Done" tab.

This page displays all the bloggers currently in your database. You can quickly see a blogger's main metrics, social network, contact information, and the search campaign that found them.
