In this article, we'll tell you what data we need to set up a Credentially profile for your company.
We want to make switching to Credentially easy for you, which is why we are here to help. When you signed a contract, your dedicated Customer Success Manager will ask you to provide the following information:
Company details (legal name, trading name, address).
List of roles to be put into Credentially, i.e. Doctor, Nurse, Administrator.
List of administrators: emails, first and last names.
Lists of documents/evidence required for each role. Ideally, they should be organised like this:
5. Reference Form.
6. List of onboarding steps you need in the desired order (please also mark each step as optional or mandatory)
Example:
DBS check
Right to work check
Personal Information Questionnaire
Submit Documents for Review
Reference check
Schedule Interview
Sign Employment Contract
Contact support@credentially.io to discuss if required.
7. CSV with employees. The spreadsheet has to be saved as CSV (comma-separated). There must be no header in the CSV.
Please include the following columns: [first name], [last name], [email], [phone number], [home postcode], [registration number], [skip onboarding], [role].
First name, last name, and email are mandatory fields. All others can be skipped.
Note: If you are adding an existing employee, add "TRUE" to the 'Skip Onboarding' column in the spreadsheet.
Be careful!
If there are any spaces in the text you put into mandatory fields, an employee may not be added to the database.
Please double-check that the spelling of the email address is correct.
Every user can have only one email address.
8. Employees documents:
Zip-archive
Structured by folder for each employee with folder name as the FIRST NAME LAST NAME (e.g. Marilyn Monroe)
9. Employer files: contracts, T&C and other documents that employees have to read or sign in PDF format. Mark which documents employees need to sign and which ones they should download.
10. Video tutorials. Ideally, they should be uploaded to YouTube as private. We need links to the videos and their names.
NOTE: if you want us to explain you all the requirements in detail, please book your free training.
