FanSee requires your venue's network firewall to whitelist Twilio, the service that enables the real-time video streaming from fans' phones. Without this whitelisting in place, fan video feeds won't be able to pass through the firewall to reach your FanSee operator and appear on the video board. We provide detailed documentation on the specific URLs and ports that need to be whitelisted, which we'll send over as part of your onboarding materials. This is one of the most critical pre-event setup steps for FanSee, so we recommend coordinating with your IT team well in advance of your first activation.
