Network whitelisting is absolutely critical for FanSee performance. When hundreds of fans scan into FanSee simultaneously, their phone cameras are all streaming through a specific set of IP addresses. If your venue's IT infrastructure doesn't recognize these addresses as legitimate traffic, the network's security systems will identify it as suspicious activity and throttle or block the connections. This results in choppy, blurry, or completely non-functional video feeds on your video board. CUE provides a specific list of IP addresses and ports that must be whitelisted by your IT department before any FanSee activation. This whitelisting information is available in the CUE Support section of the platform and should be shared with IT well before your first event.
