What are Story Activities?
Story 'Activities' allow you to schedule activities linked to your story on different dates and times. These can be particularly useful for stories with an 'Event' priority.
Scheduled 'Activities' can be viewed in the News Desk's calendar view for easy planning and coordination.
How can I add an activity to my story?
Open existing story
Click ‘Add’ in the ‘Activities’ section of the story. This can be either on the right hand side when opening a story in the side panel, or on the left when opening a story full screen.
Choose date in the date picker
Choose start/end times
Update the title/name of the activity as needed
How can I delete an activity from my story?
Open existing story
If needed, unfold the ‘Activities’ section of the story by clicking the toggle in front of the section
Hover over your activity and click the ‘x’ on the right of the activity
How can I rename an activity on my story?
Open existing story
If needed, unfold the ‘Activities’ section of the story by clicking the toggle in front of the section
Click in title field and rename as needed
