On your events dashboard, click on any event to open its project page. Once there, click on "Create Shopping List" to create the shopping list for that particular event.

You may also select that or more events, back on the event dashboard, via the checkboxes at the lefthand side, and select "Shopping List" from the menu bar at the bottom of the page, to create a shopping list for as many proposals as are selected.
That will redirect you to Shopping List page, where you'll be able to edit your shopping list by clicking on the pencil icon at the top right of the screen. That will allow you to change its name, add a description, search for components, or event replace a components with another one through all proposals involved at one, via the arrows icon next to each component in question. Once ready, don't forget to click on "Save" to save your changes.
You may also filter the components on the list by tags or category, and expand their details to see where you'll find those components on each proposal.
Lastly, you may also download a csv file or your shopping list!
