Summary
Connect Klaviyo to Cuttable so Cuttable can find ad ideas from your Klaviyo campaigns and suggest ads to make next.
Availability
The Connectors tab is available to every Cuttable account. Ad Suggestions, which is what Cuttable uses this data for, is an experimental feature and is off by default. To ask for it, start a chat with our support team from inside Cuttable.
What connecting Klaviyo does
Connecting Klaviyo lets Cuttable find ad ideas from your Klaviyo campaigns. Cuttable reads your Klaviyo campaigns, flows and reporting data, and uses it in Ad Suggestions. Cuttable only reads data from Klaviyo, and will not edit anything in Klaviyo.
How to connect Klaviyo
Select your initials in the bottom left corner of the Cuttable screen.
Click Settings, then open the Connectors tab.
On the Klaviyo card, select Connect.
Read the list of what Cuttable will be able to read, then select Continue to Klaviyo.
Sign in to Klaviyo in the new window and approve the access.
The Klaviyo card shows Connected when the connection is finished.
FAQs
Why does Klaviyo's approval screen list sending, editing and deleting?
Klaviyo's MCP server does not offer a way to connect only its read tools. Klaviyo's approval screen grants one set of access covering everything that server can do, so every customer sees the same list whatever the connecting product uses.
Nothing happened when I selected Connect.
The Klaviyo sign-in opens in a new window, so your browser may have blocked it. Allow pop-ups for Cuttable, then select Connect again. Cuttable also shows a warning on the Connectors tab when a sign-in window is blocked.
The Klaviyo card says Reconnect needed. What does that mean?
Reconnect needed means your Klaviyo connection expired, and Cuttable stops reading Klaviyo until you reconnect. Select Reconnect on the Klaviyo card and sign in to Klaviyo again.
The Klaviyo card says Not responding. What does that mean?
Not responding means Cuttable could not reach Klaviyo. This is usually temporary. Wait a few minutes, then select Reconnect.
How do I stop Cuttable using Klaviyo?
Select Disconnect on the Klaviyo card. A connection that is paused rather than disconnected shows Paused and keeps your sign-in saved, so you can select Enable to turn it back on.
Can I remove Cuttable's access from inside Klaviyo?
Yes, you can review or remove Cuttable's access from your Klaviyo account settings at any time. Disconnecting from the Cuttable Connectors tab has the same effect.
