Dashpivot Updates
📅 Date fields that are not timezone aware
In this update we've introduced new date fields which are not timezone aware. This means the date and time appears the same for everyone, everywhere in the world, (regardless of the timezone they're in), which will be especially useful for teams that work interstate or across multiple timezones.
✏️ Custom PDF download names
You can now customise the names of your PDF downloads further by incorporating template fields into the names, including Date, List, Person and Single Line text fields. Depending on your plan type, you can include up to 8 template fields.
Gearbelt Updates
🗃️ Asset Archiving
Assets in Gearbelt can now be archived, so if you sell an asset or it reaches the end of its life, you can retain it's profile and records without it counting towards your billing. Access to historical records of archived assets will be possible, but you wont be able to create new records.
Note: you can also restore assets to resume record keeping.
🔍 Asset Register Filters
The assets register in Gearbelt now incorporates filters on each column, making it easy to find your assets based on any attribute. You can even combine multiple filters together to refine your search.
