This Gearbelt dashboard gives a clear snapshot of your assets health, maintenance, and inspections, helping your team stay on top of servicing and compliance. It can be accessed from the 'Dashboard' section in left-hand corner
Here’s a breakdown of its key sections:
1. Inspections
Tracks the number of inspections completed over the last 30 days, with a breakdown of faults found
Today’s inspection progress is shown in a percentage gauge (e.g., 4% completed with 2 done and 46 pending). You can click on the gauge or on Pending to be brought directly to your list of assets and start completing inspections. If you click on the Completed section, it will bring you to the Inspections section
It helps with monitoring inspection trends and identifying recurring issues
2. Servicing
This section displays upcoming and overdue maintenance checks based on asset usage (hours or mileage)
The red progress bars highlight overdue servicing, ensuring your team can prioritise critical maintenance
You can click on the individual assets to be brought to their profile and update the service data
3. Maintenance Overview
Shows the total number of assets (47 in this case) and their service status:
12 in service (operational and up to date).
1 upcoming (scheduled for maintenance soon)
34 overdue (require urgent attention)
If you click on the gauge, you will be brought to the 'Servicing' section to review
This helps managers quickly assess overall fleet health
4. Faults & Issues
New Faults: Lists recent faults reported
Faults by Asset: Highlights assets with the most faults and allows to by select a specific asset in the list - which will bring you to the asset profile to assess the faults
Faults Summary: Categorises faults by severity, you can also click on the gauge to be brought to the faults list which you can then filter or reorganise
