PayPal top-ups are currently only available for Deblock accounts registered in 🇩🇪 Germany or 🇮🇹 Italy.
More countries to come, just hold on!

If your account is registered elsewhere, you won’t see PayPal as an option. You can still add funds via other available top-up methods (such as bank transfer or card, depending on what’s available to you).
