Usually, a PayPal top-up is pending for up to 3 minutes. If it's been longer than that, it means your payment is under review on PayPal's side as part of their routine security process.
This can take up to 72 hours, but is usually resolved sooner. Your balance won't update until the review is complete, but don't worry, nothing has gone wrong on our end!
Will I still receive my money?
That depends on the outcome of PayPal's review:
✅ If PayPal approves the payment, your funds will be automatically credited to your Deblock account. You'll see it appear in your feed.
❌ If PayPal declines or reverses the payment, the top-up will show as failed in Deblock, and PayPal will return the held funds to your issuing bank.
Do I need to do anything while my top-up is being reviewed?
Nope, nothing at all! Just sit tight. PayPal will notify you when the review is complete or if they need any additional information from you. We'll update your transaction status as soon as we hear back.
How can I check the status of my PayPal review?
For updates on the review, PayPal is your best point of contact — they handle this process on their end.
You can reach them directly through your PayPal account or the PayPal support page.
