How to Send Review Requests to Specific Customers
STEP 1
From the Reviews App dashboard, click on Collect Reviews.
STEP 2
Click on Manual Requests.
STEP 3
Click on Specific Customers.
STEP 4
Select whether the review is for a product or your store in the Review Type section.
STEP 5
If you do not have a CSV, download the CSV example and add customer details.
STEP 6
After uploading a CSV file, click Send Test.
STEP 7
Click Send Request.
